Such is the story of Peter Brohier, lobbyist for the battler and businessman – a man of action, influence and leverage. Peter is an Australian lawyer and businessman. He is founder of the National Lobby Group dedicated to helping ordinary people front the pollies in Canberra with issues important to Australians.
All the pollies know & respect Peter – he is a regular in the political inner circles of Canberra . He is known around the traps as ‘Action Man'.
After all, talk alone is cheap.
For example, Peter founded & chaired a commercial committee that successfully lobbied for a Bass Strait “sea highway” for low-cost access to Tasmania . His direct action resulted in two fast ferries being introduced in the Bass Strait crossing and cars going free. This outcome started to turn the economy of Tasmania around.
Other current projects Peter is pursuing includes a rail link to Tullamarine and other innovative projects aimed to reduce vehicle congestion around Melbourne ….
So what's in it for you as a leader? Peter will be spending the morning with us to answer questions such as…
How can you effectively influence others towards a target or outcome?
How do you rally, unite, and create advocates for your cause?
How do you identify the right people you need to influence ?
How do you package or market what you do for maximum impact?
Great stories, great insights to be shared by Peter at our next Bridgeworks Leadership Breakfast. Come network with other leaders and enjoy a superb breakfast with us. Hilton on the Park, Wednesday, 27th July – 7.15am – 8.55am
