How does Bridgeworks do it?
We don't teach people how to do their job. What we do is create
learning experiences.
We spend time indoors building a strong foundation
about you, your team and leadership. Some time is then spent outdoors
on activities
and challenges that illustrate the indoor concepts. Our approach
creates high impact and long term results.
Quite simply outdoor
experiences are much more likely to be remembered or retained than "classroom-based" learning.
This way you keep getting results long after we go home.
The level
of physical fitness and effort required in the outdoor activities
is, in most cases, minimal. Participation in any outdoor
activity is always emphasised to be "challenge by choice". |
